Teacher- Childcare/Preschool Are you a passionate educator looking to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of young students? Basic Function: Teaches class and carries out a daily program to meet the physical and developmental needs of children. Duties: •Lesson Planning: Develop and execute engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum, fostering cognitive, social, and emotional development. •Supervision: Ensure the safety of all children under your care, maintaining a watchful eye during indoor and outdoor activities. •Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a well-organized and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning. •Yearly Training: Attend required in-service training •Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress, activities, and any concerns. •Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment. •Hygiene and Safety: Ensure that health and safety standards are met, including proper hygiene practices, cleanliness, and adherence to daycare policies Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent •Previous experience in a daycare or early childhood education setting •CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) •Reliability and commitment is a must •Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with children Working Hours: •Availability with the hours of 9am-6:30pm $11-$13 per hour
